Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking motivated retail staff to ensure smooth store operations and exceptional customer service. You will handle food orders, promote products, and maintain cleanliness and safety while performing cashier duties and stock replenishment.

Candidates should have SPM or retail experience, be bilingual in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and be willing to work shifts including weekends and public holidays, joining a team that values energy and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or relevant retail working experience.
• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Preferably 1–2 years of working experience in retail or customer service.
• Candidates without retail experience but with a positive working attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to be based at retail locations and transfer to other locations when needed.
• Able to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and efficient retail operations in collaboration with the immediate supervisor.
• Deliver excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer needs.
• Introduce, promote, and upsell products to customers.
• Handle customer food orders and ensure preparation and disposal processes comply with food handling SOPs.
• Operate the cash register accurately for both cash and credit card transactions, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, safety, and overall housekeeping standards.
• Responsible for stock replenishment to ensure product availability at all times.
