We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Associate to join our team! As a Guest Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and supporting our sales and photography sessions.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers during photography sessions and with their purchases.
  • Understand our products and services to recommend the best options to customers.
  • Accurately process sales transactions, including cash and credit card payments.
  • Stay informed about current sales and promotions to provide customers with accurate information.
  • Keep the store organized by stocking shelves and maintaining displays.
  • Adhere to company policies related to sales, returns, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and maintain a positive working environment.
  • Continuously improve your product knowledge and sales skills through training.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
