Zusammenfassung

Rooftop Energy is hiring a full-stack engineer to build the go-to-market tooling for its solar EPC team. You will design, run and improve tools that help the team find, qualify and win rooftop solar projects across Malaysia.

You will work with Project Engineers weekly, transforming field insights into automated workflows, datasets, and scalable outreach. Fresh graduates are welcome, and you will use AI tools to enhance efficiency and ROI in a fast-growing solar business.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in engineering, computer science or related field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Side project, scraper, automation, or small app you built and can show.
• Able to clean, join and score large datasets; build spreadsheet models for others to check.
• You use AI tools in your own work daily and can explain benefits and limits.
• Interest in solar business models and tariffs; quick learning of electricity tariffs and ROI concepts.
• Strong written English for outreach materials.

Aufgaben

• Own the EPC team's GTM tooling from lead to signed proposal.
• Build and maintain prospect lists across Malaysia using public data, registries, and satellite imagery.
• Automate outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn) and enrich decision-maker contact details.
• Develop proposal automation: BOQ, financial model, roof-plan take-off, client deck.
• Link tools to the EPC Master Tracker; track and report on pipeline metrics.
• Collaborate weekly with Project Engineers on site visits and meetings to identify tool improvements.
