Job summary

Solarvest Holdings Bhd. is seeking a software engineer to build and maintain internal tools and customer-facing applications supporting solar EPCC operations, dashboards, and integrations with partner platforms.

You will contribute to backend services, APIs, and UI, ensure code quality and security hygiene, and collaborate across departments. The role involves cloud/low-code tools and data workflows in a dynamic solar energy environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
• SQL database experience (PostgreSQL).
• Git / version control.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Awareness of application security and data privacy practices (e.g. PDPA).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal tools and dashboards supporting business operations across departments.
• Develop and support external-facing applications for customers and partners.
• Contribute to backend services, APIs, and UI across internal and external platforms.
• Support integration work with third-party platforms (e.g. Power Automate, AIoT/O&M systems).
• Contribute to code quality, testing, code review, and basic security hygiene practices.
