Job summary
JDE Peet's is seeking a PMO Delivery Manager to oversee integrated delivery of large renovation growth projects and value optimization initiatives, with a focus on market rollout and building success. The role supports regional implementation of major innovation projects led by Global Innovation Delivery Managers.
You will drive multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, align stakeholders across Marketing, R&D, Operations, Sales, and Finance, and ensure on-time, in-quality delivery while
Qualifications
- Academic background: Engineering, Food Chemistry, Food Technology, Food Science or business management.
- 10+ years in innovation and/or project management, FMCG preferred.
- Good understanding of Marketing, R&D, Operations, Sales, Finance and Manufacturing.
- Experience in new product/packaging innovation commercialization.
- Experience in project management within an international matrix organization.
- Structured, driven, energetic; excellent communication and people skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the multidisciplinary team for full project delivery (On Time In Quality).
- Drive content and quality of growth project delivery.
- Align stakeholders with business, R&D and Operations.
- Translate growth opportunity into clear project briefs and plans.
- Plan resources and budget, monitor deviations and signal risks.
- Identify and mitigate delivery opportunities and risks.
- Drive project gate reviews and key decisions; justify decisions.
