Job summary

JDE Peet’s is seeking a PMO Delivery Manager to drive integrated project delivery for renovation growth initiatives and value optimization across markets. You will lead a cross-functional team and ensure on-time, in-quality delivery while supporting regional rollout of large innovation programs.

The role emphasizes multi-project management, stakeholder collaboration with R&D and Operations, and translating opportunities into structured project briefs and plans for successful market execution.

Qualifications

• Academic Program: Degree / Master in Engineering, Food Chemistry, Food Technology, Food Science or business management.
• Experience in innovation and/or project management in FMCG.
• Understanding of Marketing, R&D, Operations, Sales, Finance, Manufacturing.
• Experience in new product/packaging innovation commercialization.
• PM role in an international matrix organization.
• Structured, driven, energetic with excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading the multidisciplinary team responsible for full project delivery (On Time In Quality).
• Driving the content and quality of delivery of growth projects.
• Managing stakeholder alignments with business, R&D and Operations.
• Translating growth opportunities into clear project briefs and planning.
• Managing project planning, resources, budget, and signaling deviations.
• Identifying and mitigating delivery risks.
• Driving gate reviews and key decision moments, challenging decisions when needed.
