Job summary

Delivery Hero APAC is seeking a Manager, Growth Partnerships to join the Strategic Partnerships team. You will own partnerships that drive measurable growth across DH markets, translating collaborations with banks, telcos, fintechs, and platforms into scalable growth engines.

You will work with MDOs, growth teams, and marketing to design commercial constructs, run campaigns, and prove incremental GMV. A bias for pace and clear communication across regions is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in growth, marketing, or partnerships.
• Strong commercial and analytical instincts with cohort analysis.
• Experience working with partners (B2B or B2B2C) is a plus.
• Clear, structured communicator across markets and seniority levels.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth outcome of partnerships end-to-end.
• Build and model the business case for every partnership.
• Run post-launch analysis and scale what works.
• Collaborate with MDOs, growth teams, and marketing across markets.
• Develop repeatable partnership growth playbooks for multiple markets.
