Job summary

SHAPEE TRADING & DISTRIBUTION (M) SDN BHD is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to own Shapee's marketing function across brand strategy, digital campaigns, and retail activation. You will work with Sales and E-commerce to align online and offline activities for growth, with potential to advance to Head of Marketing as Shapee scales.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years in consumer brands or e-commerce, strong digital marketing skills, and proven ability to lead campaigns, manage budgets, and

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of relevant marketing experience in consumer brands or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of digital and performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok and Google advertising.
• Experience in trade marketing, retail activation, events or exhibitions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Shapee's annual and quarterly marketing strategy.
• Lead integrated campaigns from planning through execution and review.
• Develop digital marketing strategies across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other channels.
• Collaborate with E-commerce on customer acquisition and digital campaigns.
• Lead trade marketing, retail activations, baby fairs, and events.
• Lead product launches, KOL/KOC campaigns, partnerships and PR.
• Manage marketing budgets and measure ROI for campaigns and events.
• Lead the marketing team and coordinate agencies and vendors.
• Analyze performance and continuously improve activities.
