Job summary

Hexamatics in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan and execute campaigns across content, social media, email, and paid channels. You will track performance, optimize campaigns with data-driven approaches, and design lead funnels to maximize conversions.

The role requires 1–2 years of hands-on paid search and social media experience, fluency in English and Chinese, and strong copywriting and analytical skills. Based in Kuala Lumpur, on-site at the office.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical mindset with teamwork and independence.
• Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
• 1–2 years hands-on experience with paid search and social media campaigns.
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools (DART, Atlas).
• Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends).
• Experience with retargeting, social media ads, paid search, programmatic advertising.
• Experience in target audience identification and digital campaigns.
• 1–2 years experience with instant messaging campaigns (WeChat, WhatsApp, Telegram).
• Fluent in English and Chinese. Writing advertising copy skills. 1–2 years with funnels and lead gen.

Responsibilities

• Plan, and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns across content, social, display, email, instant messaging, and search.
• Track, measure, and optimize paid campaigns using data-driven approaches (A/B testing, split testing).
• Design and optimize lead funnels to maximize conversions.
• Update and maintain landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Support development of the marketing customer database.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain performance and ROI.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and new channels.
