Job summary

HAI KAH LANG SDN BHD is seeking a Business Development & Operations Assistant to support the Manager with administrative paperwork, vendor procurement, and e-commerce fulfillment across outlets.

You will manage Shopee and Lazada store operations, oversee end-to-end order fulfillment, and coordinate vegetable inventory to meet outlet needs, while handling invoices and delivery issues to ensure smooth backend operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment (Shopee/Lazada) or supply chain admin is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities to coordinate with suppliers, managers and outlet teams.

Responsibilities

• Administrative & managerial support for the Business Development & Operations Manager.
• Oversee daily store operations on Shopee and Lazada.
• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment including packaging and dispatch.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding order status and product details on e-commerce channels.
• Inventory purchasing of fresh vegetables based on stock and outlet needs.
• Invoice reconciliation to ensure accurate billing and pricing.
• Serve as primary contact for outlet delivery issues and quality control.
