Monash University Malaysia is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive student recruitment from the main campus in Selangor. You will implement lifecycle marketing strategies, optimise web and campaign conversion, and track performance to ensure ROI across channels.

You will collaborate with the Demand Generation team and other marketing colleagues to deliver measurable impact and contribute to digital maturity by deriving actionable insights from campaign data.

Responsabilités

• Drive student recruitment and improve lead-to-enrolment conversion by supporting and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Focus on lifecycle marketing, web and campaign conversion optimisation, and performance tracking to ensure campaigns reach the right audiences and deliver measurable ROI.
• Provide actionable insights from campaign and audience data to advance digital maturity.
