• Develop and coordinate marketing content including social media, EDMs, website and promotional materials.
• Utilise AI tools to support content ideation, copywriting and campaign optimisation.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive marketing activities and improve workflows.
• Manage social media platforms and monitor engagement, trends and audience sentiment.
• Support marketing events, launches and promotional programmes.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports and insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors and creative partners.
