Job summary

Cytron Technologies Sdn Bhd. is seeking a Marketing Executive to join our marketing team in Penang. You will execute digital campaigns, optimize performance, and craft content across social media, websites and emails.

A Diploma or Degree in Marketing or related field is preferred, with 1–3 years of digital marketing experience or a strong portfolio for fresh graduates. You will work with product and marketing teams to translate technical features into compelling content, support product

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field.
Strong portfolio or projects in digital marketing.
Basic understanding of Marketing Funnels and SEO/SEM.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across assigned channels.
Manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital channels.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
Create and publish marketing content for social media, website, email and other channels.
Write clear copy for product pages, ads, social posts and emails.
Maintain and improve website content and optimize landing pages.
Track marketing performance using analytics tools and analyze data.
Research market trends, customer needs, competitors and technologies.
Support product launches with marketing content.
Translate technical product features into customer-facing content.
