Job summary

Rx Nine Trading Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our Marketing & Communications team in Johor Bahru, Johor. This full-time role focuses on developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that boost brand awareness, engage customers and drive business growth.

You will craft compelling content, manage digital channels, collaborate with sales, product and design, and analyze campaign performance to optimise ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications or related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media tools and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, email and traditional media
• Create engaging marketing content including copywriting, graphics, videos and promotional materials that align with brand guidelines
• Manage social media accounts, monitor engagement metrics and respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and insights that inform marketing strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product and design to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign alignment
• Track, analyse and report on marketing performance metrics and campaign ROI to inform future strategy and optimisation
• Support the organisation of marketing events, product launches and promotional activities
• Maintain and update marketing databases, customer records and campaign documentation
• Assist in the development of marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources
