Qualifications

At least 2 years of hands-on SEO experience with demonstrable results.
Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization and ethical link-building.
Experience with Google Search Console and GA4; familiarity with Ahrefs, Semrush or Screaming Frog.
Experience with WordPress or Shopify and basic HTML understanding.
Ability to interpret data, prioritise opportunities and explain recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Conduct SEO audits and create prioritised action plans for technical, on-page, and content SEO.
Perform keyword research, search intent and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Optimize titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, structure, and content.
Identify crawling/indexing issues and coordinate fixes with developers.
Develop SEO content briefs and collaborate with contributors to improve pages.
Identify link-building opportunities in line with Google's policies.
Monitor performance using GSC, GA4 and SEO tools; report results and next steps monthly.
Stay updated on search engine updates and assess implications.
