Job summary

Pintas Consulting Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Sales and Business Development Executive to drive sales and sharpen our prospecting efforts in PJ, KL, and JB. You will craft online and offline strategies, generate qualified leads, and help elevate our brand presence through engaging content and key partnerships.

The role requires strong communication in English and Mandarin, a creative mindset for content and graphics, and an analytical approach to optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales: Develop and execute innovative online and offline sales and marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads and close deals.
• Prospect & Generate Leads: Assist in prospecting, cold calling, and nurturing leads to drive sales.
• Elevate Brand Presence: Manage and optimize social media channels and the company website to increase brand awareness.
• Create Compelling Content: Develop engaging written content and visually appealing designs for social media posts, marketing materials, and emails.
• Measure & Optimize: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI.
• Stay Ahead: Research and implement latest digital marketing trends and technologies to stay competitive.
