Job summary

Nexxatech Global SDN BHD is seeking a Marketing Executive to craft and execute campaigns for NexJarvis in Malaysia. You will translate product value into persuasive content, manage social media, email, and digital ads, and work with product and sales teams to drive awareness and demand.

You will monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and prepare regular reports to guide strategy. Fresh graduates are welcome for internship placements, and proficiency in Chinese is valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, product marketing, B2B marketing, SaaS, IT, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and lead-generation strategies.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed for internship placement.
• Proficiency in Chinese language.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase awareness and market positioning of NexJarvis.
• Translate NexJarvis features, solutions, and value propositions into compelling marketing content.
• Manage marketing channels including social media, email marketing, website content, digital advertising, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on engagement, lead generation, conversion, and other relevant metrics.
• Create engaging marketing content, including social media posts, product introductions, brochures, presentations, videos, banners, case studies, and promotional materials.
• Work closely with the product and technical teams to ensure marketing materials accurately represent product capabilities.
• Work closely with the sales and business development teams to develop marketing campaigns that support lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Provide marketing materials and campaign support throughout the sales process.
• Track and analyze key marketing metrics, including reach, engagement, lead generation, cost per lead, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports and recommendations.
• Assist in other marketing initiatives and projects as required.
