Job summary

PLC in Malaysia is seeking a creative, proactive Digital Marketing Executive to manage digital marketing activities, produce engaging content and build a strong customer pipeline for renovation, interior design and design-and-build services.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, able to work independently and understand that marketing aims to generate quality leads and business opportunities, with experience in Meta Ads, content planning, video editing, and strong Bahasa Malaysia copywriting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in digital marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years in digital marketing, social media marketing or related role.
• Fresh graduates with strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
• Experience using Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
• Proficient in similar creative applications.
• Able to record and edit videos using a smartphone.
• Good Bahasa Malaysia copywriting; English helpful.
• Familiar with WhatsApp Business, Google Drive and Google Sheets.
• Has a valid driving licence and own transportation.
• Willing to travel to project sites for content production.
• Independent and team-oriented; KPI-driven.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the company’s digital marketing strategy.
• Manage the company’s digital platforms.
• Edit short-form videos using similar applications.
• Plan, launch and monitor Meta Ads campaigns.
• Monitor cost per lead and campaign performance.
• Respond to initial enquiries through social media.
• Collect relevant customer information, including location, project scope, property type, budget and expected project timeline.
• Record and classify all leads according to their source and marketing zone.
• Qualify and transfer suitable leads to the Sales team or management.
• Arrange customer appointments and site visits when required.
• Conduct initial follow-ups with potential customers.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering content performance, advertising, leads and conversions.
• Maintain a professional and consistent brand image across all platforms.
• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.
