A results-driven, self-motivated professional with CRM proficiency is ideal. The role requires independence, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to travel occasionally to meet clients.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Results-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the target market to expand MW INFINITY's client base.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and engagement.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs and requirements.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for business growth.
• Negotiate and close commercial agreements to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities and pipeline management using CRM systems.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and key performance indicators on a consistent basis
