Job summary

Beiersdorf Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Assistant Customer Development Manager for our Hyper/Super/Mini channel to shape plans that drive sustainable sales growth, profitable trade investment and excellent in-store execution.

You will be the daily contact for buyers and operations, turning priorities into action, supporting listings, promotions, terms and joint initiatives, while tracking KPIs and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
5–7 years in FMCG sales, customer development or key account management.
Exposure to modern trade and Hyper/Super/Mini channels.
Strong analytical, commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and perform annual and quarterly business plans, including forecasts and promo calendars.
Own agreed sales, distribution and execution KPIs; track results and act on gaps.
Be the daily contact for buyers and operations teams; negotiate listings, promotions and terms.
Ensure timely listings, distribution growth, planogram compliance and promotional execution.
Manage trade promotion and budgets with tracking and policy adherence; evaluate effectiveness.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and Sales; maintain accurate records.
Flag risks early to Head of Channel and coordinate stakeholders.
