Job summary

BiO-LiFE Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to work with the Head of Marketing in a fast-paced environment. You will design and execute the annual digital marketing and e-commerce calendar, lead cross-functional campaigns and partner with agencies to drive online growth and brand visibility.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in digital marketing, strong analytics, and proficiency with GA4, Google Ads, SEMrush, and SimilarWeb. Knowledge in nutrition/health FMCG is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience.
• Experience managing e-commerce and digital campaigns.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in GA4, Google Ads, SEMrush, SimilarWeb.
• Experience in nutrition/health FMCG OTC advantageous.
• Certifications in digital marketing or e-commerce are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage the annual digital marketing and e-commerce calendar to drive growth and brand visibility.
• Lead end-to-end e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives with agencies to boost traffic and profitability.
• Plan and execute campaigns across website, social, email, CRM, search, and display.
• Develop an always-on content strategy to enhance brand engagement.
• Analyze consumer behavior, campaign results and competitor trends forGrowth.
• Collaborate with Brand, Sales and other departments for seamless execution.
• Coordinate with external agencies while maintaining compliance with standards.
