Corebase Technologies is expanding its marketing team. We are seeking a Marketing Manager to drive lead generation, strengthen our online presence, and support business growth across SEO, social media growth, digital campaigns, and performance marketing.

The role emphasizes collaboration with sales, content creators, and a metrics-driven approach to improve marketing ROI and pipeline contribution.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, Performance Marketing, or Marketing Management.
• Proven experience in generating leads through digital marketing channels.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, content strategy, backlink building, and website optimization.
• Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Experience managing company social media platforms and content strategies.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing performance data and ROI metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Business Growth: Develop and execute marketing initiatives to generate qualified B2B leads.
• SEO & Organic Growth: Develop and execute SEO strategies and monitor performance.
• Social Media & Content Marketing: Plan and manage social media strategies and content schedules.
• Digital Advertising & Performance Marketing: Plan, manage, and optimize Meta ads campaigns.
• Brand Development & Marketing Infrastructure: Maintain branding and improve tracking mechanisms.
• Team Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate activities and report KPIs.
