Job summary

HISEAS INTERNATIONAL(MALAYSIA)SDN.BHD. is seeking a proactive Operations Coordinator to support group travel bookings and client communication.

You will verify group orders, enter data into the system, and ensure accurate, standardized processing to meet client expectations. Responsibilities include coordinating with the back-office team to arrange hotels, transportation, catering, and tour guides based on client requirements; confirming itineraries with clients; managing pre-departure

Qualifications

Verify group orders and enter data for accurate processing.
Coordinate with back-office to arrange hotels, transport, catering, and guides; confirm itineraries.
Handle pre-departure arrangements, vouchers, and invoicing for group tours.
Assist in collecting payments from clients and provide payment proofs.
Assist in emergencies and on-site issue resolution during tours.
Collect and organize client feedback and file tour documents.
Support data migration, system transition, and other operational tasks.
Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Responsibilities
