Group Accountant (Public Listed Property Developer; Subang Jaya)

• Group Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements for the group, ensuring compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Bursa Malaysia Compliance: Manage all reporting obligations to Bursa Malaysia, ensuring timely submission of quarterly and annual reports, as well as compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Financial Analysis: Perform in-depth financial analysis and provide insights on the groups financial performance, identifying trends and variances for management reporting.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting activities, collaborating with subsidiary finance teams to consolidate budgets and forecasts.
• Audit Coordination: Liaise with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit process, ensuring that all necessary documentation is prepared and available for review.
• Internal Controls: Develop and implement internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial reporting and safeguard group assets.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior management, finance teams, and other departments to support strategic initiatives and drive financial performance across the group.

Job Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA) are preferred.
