Oasis Harvest Corporation Berhad is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to oversee the Group's financial reporting, consolidation, and operational finance across multiple brands and subsidiaries in Malaysia. Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Mandarin-speaking ability is an added advantage.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, MIA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant working experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and operational finance.
• Experience in group financial reporting and multi-entity consolidation is essential.
• Experience in the Food & Beverage, hospitality, retail, or multi-outlet business environment is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting for the Group and subsidiaries.
• Manage consolidation of financial statements across brands and entities.
• Ensure timely preparation of management accounts, financial statements, and reporting packages.
• Ensure compliance with MFRS, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
• Review monthly results including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and reports.
• Coordinate preparation of information for Board, management and shareholders.
• Oversee operational finance across multiple restaurant brands and units.
• Monitor outlet and brand financial performance: revenue, costs, gross profit and EBITDA.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting across the Group.
• Develop forecasts, cash flow projections and business performance plans.
• Review budget assumptions aligned with business objectives.
• Analyse trends and identify opportunities to improve margins and efficiency.
• Establish and improve financial policies, internal controls and compliance.
• Assess cash flow for openings and expansion, and manage treasury.
