Job summary

The Group Consolidation & Reporting Lead at TDCX will own the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process for 30+ entities across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring IFRS/MFRS compliance and a strict intercompany control framework.

You will drive intercompany eliminations, prepare variance analyses for CFO and Board, and partner with group finance to standardise COA, policies, and reporting templates while seeking automation opportunities to accelerate close cycles.

Qualifications

• Deep, applied IFRS knowledge with ability to articulate positions.
• Hands-on intercompany consolidation across multiple entities.
• Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated statements per MFRS/IFRS.
• Manage intercompany eliminations and profit removal with audit trail.
• Lead consolidation tool usage and standardise COA and reporting templates.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure statutory compliance.
• Drive automation opportunities to accelerate month-end close.
• Publish group reporting calendar and monitor on-time submissions.
