Job summary

TDCX Malaysia seeks a seasoned finance professional to lead consolidated financial reporting across 30+ BPO entities, ensuring IFRS compliance and rigorous intercompany discipline. You will maintain audit-ready records, manage the external audit process, and drive system-wide standardisation of policies and templates.

The role requires deep IFRS knowledge, multi-entity consolidation experience, and strong stakeholder collaboration across global sites.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance + ACCA, CPA (MIA), ICAEW, or equivalent
• 5–10 years, with substantial time in group consolidation or technical financial reporting
• Background: Big Four or Large Medium audit firm or technical advisory – advantageous but not mandatory
• IFRS Knowledge: Deep, applied, and current —able to articulate positions confidently
• Intercompany: Hands‑on in a multi‑entity, multicurrency consolidation environment
• Systems: ERP proficiency (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Tagetik or equivalent); consolidation tool experience an advantage
• Industry: BPO, shared services, or technology services sector exposure is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in full compliance with MFRS/IFRS
• Execute intercompany eliminations, unrealised profit removal, and NCI calculations with audit trail
• Own end-to-end intercompany confirmation and matching across entities
• Publish and enforce Group Reporting Calendar with hard deadlines for TB submissions and schedules
• Lead the group external audit process and ensure statutory obligations are met
• Own consolidation tool and drive standardisation of COA, accounting policies, and reporting templates
