Job summary

Segi Fresh is seeking a Floor Associate for Grocery and Fresh sections in Malaysia. You will support daily store operations, keep shelves stocked, ensure product freshness, and assist customers with inquiries while maintaining our cleanliness and quality standards.

Candidates with retail experience are preferred, but not required. A positive attitude, teamwork, and the willingness to learn are essential for success in our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with enquiries and provide friendly service.
• Stock daily shelves and ensure proper displays for grocery/fresh items.
• Maintain product freshness and FIFO rotation in assigned sections.
• Keep store areas clean and hygienic according to standards.
• Monitor stock levels and report damaged items.
• Assist with deliveries and unloading where needed.
• Follow store procedures and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team for smooth store operations.
• Take on additional duties as directed by supervisors.
