Ambition is seeking a Senior Chief Technical Officer to lead engineering across multiple plants in Malaysia. You will build the engineering function from scratch, set long-term direction, and partner with senior leadership to shape capital and technology decisions.

You will drive safety, efficiency, and quality, establish standards, and recruit and develop a high-performance engineering team as the company scales its manufacturing footprint.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Experience in manufacturing/process industries preferred.

Aufgaben

• Define and implement engineering strategy across plants.
• Lead day-to-day technical operations focusing on safety and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes, yields and quality.
• Lead major capital projects from feasibility to commissioning.
• Establish engineering standards, SOPs and governance.
• Build and scale the Engineering Department including hiring.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory bodies and international certifications.
• Champion sustainability and innovation in operations.
