• Monitor global industry trends to inform technology strategy.
• Align supplier capabilities with upcoming product roadmaps and manufacturing needs.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in future execution horizons.
• Lead ecosystem engineering and supplier interventions for next-generation products.
• Chair internal technology steering committees and drive CapEx/R&D prioritization.
• Mentor technical staff and foster a data-driven culture.
