Job summary

FinTop Consulting is seeking a Business Development Manager fluent in Mandarin to drive growth in the Greater China market from Malaysia. You will leverage an existing network to onboard partners, build strategic alliances, and deliver measurable revenue growth.

The role requires deep knowledge of financial markets, profitability mindset, and the ability to travel for partner meetings while communicating effectively in Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development experience in financial markets, brokerage, fintech, or online trading.
• Existing network or transferable book of business in Greater China.
• Strong understanding of brokerage and financial markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow strategic partnerships across Greater China.
• Identify, onboard, and manage new business partners.
• Build long-term relationships and expand market presence.
