Job summary

Job description

Develop creative and high-quality design concepts for marketing materials, product promotions, corporate communications, and branding initiatives.

Create and execute visual designs from concept development to final artwork, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and align with company objectives.

Develop visual assets for social media, websites, presentations, and other digital and physical platforms while maintaining consistency with the company’s brand identity.

Design product packaging, product mock-ups, corporate merchandise, and other branding materials to support product launches and marketing initiatives.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Business Development teams, to understand requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.

Ensure all design artwork complies with company brand guidelines, industry standards, and applicable regulatory requirements where necessary.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and coordinate with external vendors, printers, agencies, and production partners to ensure deliverables meet required specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Provide creative input, guidance, and support to junior designers or team members to enhance overall design quality and efficiency.

Continuously propose new creative ideas, design improvements, and innovative approaches to strengthen brand presence and visual communication effectiveness.

In the absence of an immediate superior, perform relevant responsibilities under management supervision to ensure continuity and smooth operation of design-related activities.
