Job summary

Tantaworks (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to craft high-quality visuals for events across digital and print. You will collaborate with the events team to translate briefs into compelling visuals, maintain brand consistency, and deliver print-ready artwork under tight timelines.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of hands-on design experience, strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and a diverse portfolio. This role involves fast-paced environments and some travel for events.

Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Multimedia Design, Motion Graphics, Advertising Design, or related fields.
Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on design experience (events, design, marketing, advertising agency preferred)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects , Premiere Pro). Canva is strongly NOT accepted.
Proven experience in end-to-end creative development and execution, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.

Responsibilities

Create high-quality graphic design and event materials across digital and physical print formats.
Collaborate with the event team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
Develop designs aligned with client briefs, specifications, and output formats.
Produce brand-consistent visuals following brand guidelines with strong creative appeal.
Prepare print-ready Final Artwork (FA) per production specs and liaise with vendors.
Ensure all deliverables undergo quality control before release for production.
Work within project timelines to meet quality standards.
Produce compelling motion graphics for events and digital platforms.
Stay up-to-date with trends and AI tools; willing to travel for events if required.
