Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a creative graphic designer to develop concepts and visual materials for events, exhibitions, campaigns, branding projects, and corporate communications. You will design posters, banners, brochures, social content, website visuals, and presentations.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to turn ideas into practical designs, manage social media visuals, and maintain the company website. Stay ahead of trends and deliver multiple projects on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative design concepts and visual materials for events, exhibitions, marketing campaigns, branding projects, and corporate communications.
• Design and produce graphic materials such as posters, banners, brochures, event branding materials, social media content, website visuals, presentations, and other promotional collateral.
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to transform ideas and project requirements into practical and effective design solutions.
• Create and manage visual content for the Company's social media platforms to support marketing objectives and strengthen brand awareness.
• Maintain and update the Company's website, including visual content, promotional materials, event information, and general website enhancements.
• Ensure that all design outputs are visually appealing, functional, cost-effective, and aligned with the Company's brand identity.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to revise and refine designs according to feedback and project requirements.
• Prepare artwork files, production specifications, and design materials for printing, fabrication, and digital publication.
• Stay updated on design trends, social media trends, digital marketing practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the Company's business.
• Manage and deliver multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meeting project deadlines.
• Actively participate in client meetings, project discussions, presentations, and site visits when required to understand project requirements, present design concepts, and ensure alignment between client expectations and design deliverables.
• Provide creative support during events and project execution, including on-site assistance when required to ensure branding and visual materials are implemented according to approved designs.
