AnyMind Group is seeking a motivated Graphic Designer to join our dynamic e-commerce creative team in Malaysia. You will own high-impact visual strategies for brand clients across Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop, delivering banners, product imagery, and multimedia content that communicates product features and brand value.

You’ll craft overarching visual themes for campaigns, ensure brand guideline alignment, and optimize assets for platform specs.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and growth-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team in the fast-paced world of E-commerce. With a proven track record of delivering results, you will take ownership of high-impact visual strategies for high-profile brand clients across major digital platforms, including TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada. What You’ll Do

• Design and deploy visually compelling graphics, banners, and high-converting promotional assets tailored for major E-commerce platforms, including Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
• Architect engaging product imagery, infographics, and multimedia content that strategically communicate key product features, benefits, and brand value.
• Conceptualize and develop overarching visual themes for diverse marketing campaigns, ensuring rigorous alignment with established brand guidelines and aesthetics.
• Optimize all design assets for platform-specific specifications, meticulously adhering to distinct size, format, and resolution requirements.
• Proactively refresh and elevate existing product listings with innovative visual graphics to maximize consumer appeal and drive market competitiveness.
• Monitor and analyze emerging digital design trends and platform best practices to continuously enhance the end-user experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate commercial objectives into actionable, high-quality design deliverables.
• Deliver agile design support for ad hoc special initiatives, seamlessly adapting to fast-paced project demands.
• Conduct comprehensive quality assurance reviews on all design materials to ensure absolute accuracy, visual consistency, and elite quality standards.
• Ensure all designs meet brand standards and guidelines.
• Manage multiple concurrent design projects, demonstrating robust organizational skills while maintaining premium output quality.

Who You Are

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Creative Arts, Multimedia, or a highly relevant creative discipline.
• Demonstrate an eagerness to grow; highly motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, while 1-2 years of relevant experience in E-commerce or Digital Marketing is highly advantageous.
• Exhibit expert-level proficiency in industry-standard design software, specifically Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Possess a compelling digital portfolio that clearly showcases an exceptional eye for layout, typography, and sophisticated brand aesthetics (portfolio submission is strictly required).
• Embody a proactive, self-aware mindset with the capability to independently solve complex design challenges, while remaining open to seeking guidance and providing constructive feedback.
• Exhibit an extraordinary sense of ownership, accountability, and grit, thriving in a fast-paced environment and consistently going the extra mile to execute deliverables flawlessly.
