Arche Digital Sdn Bhd, part of AnyMind Group and a leading Malaysia e-commerce enabler, seeks a motivated Graphic Designer to craft visuals for Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok stores. You will own product imagery and campaign visuals, ensuring brand-aligned design across fast-paced digital platforms.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and a strong portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Creative Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates welcomed; 1–2 years in E-commerce or Digital Marketing is a plus.
• Strong portfolio submission is strictly required.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling graphics, banners, and promotional materials for Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok stores.
• Design product images, infographics, and other visual content to communicate features and benefits.
• Develop creative concepts and visual themes for marketing campaigns, aligned with brand guidelines.
• Optimize design assets for each platform with correct sizes and formats.
• Refresh product listings with new imagery to maintain visual appeal.
• Stay updated on platform design trends to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to understand needs and objectives.
• Provide design support for ad hoc projects and initiatives.
• Review all materials for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Ensure designs meet brand standards and quality expectations.

We are looking for a motivated and growth-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team in the fast-paced world of E-commerce. With a proven track record of delivering results, you will take ownership of high-impact visual strategies for high-profile brand clients across major digital platforms, including TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada. What You’ll Do

Create visually compelling graphics, banners, and promotional materials for Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok stores.

Design product images, infographics, and other visual content that effectively communicates product features and benefits.

Develop creative concepts and visual themes for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

Ensure all design assets are optimized for each platform, adhering to specific size and format requirements.

Continuously update and refresh product listings with new images and graphics to maintain visual appeal.

Stay updated on platform design trends and best practices to enhance user experience.

Work closely with the internal marketing and brand marketing team to understand design needs and objectives.

Provide design support for ad hoc projects and special initiatives.

Review and proof all design materials for accuracy, consistency, and quality.

Ensure all designs meet brand standards and guidelines.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain high-quality output.

Who You Are

Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Creative Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.

Open to proactive fresh graduates with an eagerness to grow; 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce or Digital Marketing is an advantage.

Highly proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).

Possess a strong digital portfolio showcasing an exceptional eye for layout, typography, and brand aesthetics (portfolio submission is strictly required).

Demonstrate a proactive mindset and self-awareness; able to take the initiative to solve problems independently, but can effectively voice out or seek help when facing challenges, and are able to provide constructive feedback during projects.

Exhibit a high sense of ownership and commitment; you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to go the extra mile to get the job done.
