Job summary

Arche Digital Sdn Bhd is seeking a Graphic Design Intern to support high-impact visuals creation for e-commerce campaigns across our brand partners. You will use advanced AI tools to optimize your design workflow and build a robust portfolio while gaining hands-on experience in digital commerce.

We welcome temporary onsite interns for a 4–6 month period, with strong emphasis on layout, typography, and brand aesthetics, and a portfolio submission required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Creative Arts, Multimedia, or a closely related discipline.
• Portfolio submission is strictly required for consideration.
• Proficient in industry-standard design software, specifically Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine campaign banners, key visuals, and promotional materials for e-commerce.
• Deliver visuals for high-visibility campaigns and seasonal events.
• Ensure all outputs follow brand guidelines, tone of voice, and aesthetics.
• Utilize advanced AI tools to optimize design workflows.
• Manage daily tasks and prioritize workload to deliver assets on time.

You will use advanced AI tools to optimize your design workflow and produce exceptional digital assets, gaining hands-on experience in the digital commerce space to help you build a robust, industry-ready portfolio.

What You'll Do

Provide hands-on support to the creative team by designing and refining campaign banners, key visuals, and promotional materials tailored for e-commerce marketplaces and livestreams.

Deliver critical design execution for high-visibility initiatives, taking ownership of visual deliverables across various key double-digit sales events and seasonal mega campaigns.

Ensure all visual outputs strictly adhere to the specific brand guidelines, tone of voice, and aesthetic standards required by our varied range of clients.

Utilize advanced AI tools to assist and optimize your daily design workflow.

Manage daily tasks with strong self-awareness, thoughtfully prioritizing the workload to ensure the allocated digital assets are delivered strictly on time.

Who You Are

Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Creative Arts, Multimedia, or a closely related discipline.

Available for a 4 to 6-month internship period and highly capable of thriving onsite in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Highly proficient in industry-standard design software, specifically Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

Possess a strong digital portfolio showcasing an exceptional eye for layout, typography, and brand aesthetics (portfolio submission is strictly required for consideration).
