Job summary

Creative in Malaysia is seeking a motivated Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced e-commerce creative team. You will own high-impact visual strategies for brand clients across Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop, delivering compelling graphics and product imagery that elevate listings.

You should have a Bachelor's in Graphic Design and a strong portfolio showcasing layout, typography, and brand aesthetics. Fresh graduates are welcome, with 1–2 years in digital marketing a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Creative Arts, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy visually compelling graphics, banners, and assets for major e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop).
• Create product imagery and infographics communicating features, benefits, and brand value.
• Develop visual themes for marketing campaigns aligned with brand guidelines.
• Optimize assets for platform-specific specs (size, format, resolution).
• Refresh product listings with new visuals to boost appeal and competitiveness.
• Monitor digital design trends and best practices to improve user experience.
• Collaborate with teams to translate commercial objectives into design deliverables.
• Provide agile design support for ad hoc initiatives.
• Conduct quality assurance to ensure accuracy, consistency and high quality.
• Ensure all designs meet brand standards and guidelines.
• Manage multiple design projects with strong organizational skills.
