Job summary

Serba Wangi Sdn Bhd is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Creative team in Malaysia. You will create packaging, POSM, social media, digital content and promotional materials that align with brand guidelines across online and offline platforms.

Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years in FMCG/branding is an added advantage. Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign is required, with basic knowledge of print and digital production and strong layout sense.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Foundation or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts or related fields.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign.
• Basic knowledge of print & digital production and artwork specifications.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years in FMCG/branding is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing, branding & promotional designs for FMCG food brands across online & offline platforms.
• Create and adapt packaging, POSM, social media, digital content and promotional materials.
• Turn briefs and concepts into engaging visuals with the Marketing & Creative team.
• Perform self-QC to ensure artwork accuracy, specifications and production readiness.
• Prepare print-ready & digital artwork according to technical requirements.
• Keep up with design & social media trends and manage multiple projects to deadlines.

Job description

Support marketing, branding & promotional designs for our FMCG food brands across online & offline platforms.

Create and adapt packaging, POSM, social media, digital content, promotional & event materials according to brand guidelines.

Work with the Marketing & Creative team to turn briefs and concepts into engaging visuals.

Perform self-QC to ensure artwork accuracy, specifications and production readiness.

Prepare and adapt artwork for different platforms, retailers and marketing channels.

Prepare print-ready & digital artwork according to technical requirements.

Keep up with design & social media trends to bring fresh creative ideas.

Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and maintain well-organised creative files & assets.

Requirements

Minimum SPM/STPM, Diploma, Foundation or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts or related fields.

Fresh graduates are welcome! 1–2 years of relevant experience, especially in FMCG, branding, retail or digital/e-commerce, is an added advantage.

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign.

Basic knowledge of print & digital production and artwork specifications.

Experience in Premiere Pro, After Effects or AI design tools is an added advantage.

Good eye for layout, typography, colour, visual hierarchy & aesthetics.

Creative, detail-oriented, willing to learn and open to feedback.

Good communication, teamwork, time management & organisational skills.
