Job summary

ORIENTAL FOOD INDUSTRIES SDN BHD is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team in Ayer Keroh, Melaka. In this full-time role, you will develop visually compelling designs to support our marketing and branding initiatives and help shape the company’s visual identity.

You will work with the Creative Visual team from concept to completion, translating marketing objectives into creative strategies, ensuring outputs adhere to brand standards and deliver business results for our products,

Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong copywriting and brand-friendly communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team, meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated, disciplined and receptive to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Create visual concepts and layouts for marketing, products and web graphics.
• Develop designs for product illustrations, events, promotions and websites.
• Collaborate with the Creative Visual and Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Edit, proofread content and maintain quality control across materials.
• Support promotional activities and adapt designs for print and online media.

About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at ORIENTAL FOOD INDUSTRIES SDN BHD. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs that support our marketing and branding initiatives. Working from our office in Ayer Keroh, Melaka, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our company.

What you'll be doing

Responsible to create new thinking idea, innovative creative and graphic concepts that support the company’s brand, marketing, products and web graphic.

Create design concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, events, exhibition, festival decoration, promotional displays and websites.

Assist the Creative Visual team from concept to completion, translating marketing objectives into creative strategies and ensuring that creative output adheres to brand standards and delivers business results.

Design overall layout of website, promotional, advertisement and revise, edit, proofread content, and conduct quality control

Work closely with the Advertising and Promotion (A&P) as well as Marketing Department for promotional activities, promote brand, print material graphic and online material graphics.

Report to IT Manager and Assistant IT Manager.

What we’re looking for

Familiar with various in graphic software (Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator, Adobe in Design etc.) and Microsoft Office software is essential.

Strong design and copywriting background.

Must be a team and able to multi task to meet tight deadlines.

Strong interpersonal, committed person and team player with a positive attitude and communication skills and ability to interacts with peoples.

Self-discipline and independence working.

Willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve.
