Qualifications

• Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of print production processes, web design standards, and digital media best practices is desirable.
• Experience with video editing or motion graphics is a plus but not essential.

About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team in Bagan Serai, Perak. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that communicate our brand message effectively to diverse audiences. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial part in shaping the visual identity of our company, working collaboratively with marketing, communications, and product teams to deliver high-impact design solutions that drive business objectives and enhance our brand presence across multiple channels and touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Create original graphic designs for digital and print media, including marketing materials, advertisements, social media content, and promotional campaigns
• Develop and maintain visual consistency across all company branding and design assets in accordance with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and communications to understand design requirements and translate briefs into compelling visual concepts
• Produce high-quality design deliverables using industry-standard design software and tools, meeting project deadlines and specifications
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make revisions to designs whilst maintaining creative integrity and strategic alignment
• Conceptualise and design layouts for various formats such as websites, mobile applications, packaging, and promotional materials
• Maintain an organised design asset library and ensure proper file management and version control
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and relevance of design work

What we're looking for

• Proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer or similar design role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative design work across diverse mediums
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or equivalent design tools
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Excellent visual communication skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual designs
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work with pixel-perfect accuracy
• Ability to take constructive feedback professionally and incorporate revisions whilst maintaining design quality
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of print production processes, web design standards, and digital media best practices is highly desirable
• Experience with video editing or motion graphics is a plus but not essential
