Job summary

ADDX in Johor Bahru is seeking a creative and independent Graphic Designer / Digital Designer to join our team. You will craft high-quality visuals for digital campaigns, social media, websites, brochures, and events.

You will own design projects from brief to delivery, maintain brand consistency, and develop reusable templates and design systems. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and a strong portfolio are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional design experience.
• Strong portfolio across digital campaigns, social media, branding, web design, marketing collateral and event materials.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ability to translate briefs and business objectives into creative concepts with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Own design projects from brief to final delivery, developing creative concepts with minimal supervision.
• Create assets for social media, digital ads, email campaigns, websites, landing pages, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Design print and event materials such as brochures, flyers, booth graphics, banners, signage, and invitations.
• Develop campaign key visuals and adapt them consistently across digital, print, and event formats.
• Maintain brand consistency and improve reusable templates, components, and design systems.
• Explore AI creative tools to support ideation, image generation, video generation, editing, and workflow efficiency.
• Manage multiple projects independently while meeting agreed timelines.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant professional design experience.
• Strong portfolio covering digital campaigns, social media, branding, web-related design, marketing collateral, and event materials.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Good understanding of print production, digital design formats, typography, layout, colour, composition, and brand consistency.
• Able to translate briefs and business objectives into creative concepts and polished final designs with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion graphics, short-form video, photography, or videography.
• Experience using AI creative tools for image or video generation.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive web design, or experience in financial services, fintech, technology, or professional industries.
