Job summary

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team in Malaysia. In this hybrid role, you will be the visual custodian of the Menumiz brand, shaping how restaurants, partners, and diners experience our platform across digital and print mediums.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Identity & Collateral: Design and maintain engaging visual assets for digital and print, including social media graphics, landing page elements, presentations, brochures, and promotional merchandise.

• Marketing & Campaign Creative: Produce high-converting visual content for digital advertising campaigns, email newsletters, product updates, and client onboarding guides.

• Brand Consistency: Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across all regional and international market collaterals.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside the marketing, sales, and product teams to translate complex SaaS and F&B tech concepts into clean, digestible visual stories.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a tech startup, SaaS company, or creative digital agency.

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.

• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of standard design tools within the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects/Premiere) and familiarity with Canva and AI graphic tools.

• Portfolio: A strong, up-to-date portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout design, typography, digital marketing creatives, and branding.

• F&B/SaaS Affinity: A keen interest in the food-tech, hospitality, or software-as-a-service (SaaS) industries.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, strong time-management abilities, and a collaborative, feedback-receptive attitude.
