Mutu Case in Malaysia is looking for a graphic designer to bring the brand to life across social, ecommerce listings, campaigns and packaging. You’ll work with the Art Director and creative team to deliver visuals that are on-brand and fast-moving.

You should have a good eye for typography, color and layout, with 1–3 years of experience and a strong portfolio. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or CapCut, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia are desired.

This role focuses on bringing Mutu Case's brand identity to life through strong visual design across all touchpoints. You will work closely with the Art Director and creative team to design assets for product, social media, e-commerce platforms, campaigns, and packaging. You will ensure every visual output is clean, on-brand, and aligned with Mutu's positioning as the everyday essential for the modern Malaysian.

We are looking for someone with a strong eye for aesthetics, a solid understanding of design principles, and the ability to execute quickly without sacrificing quality. The right candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to take direction well and turn briefs into beautiful, functional design.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow their design career in a creative, fast-moving brand and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.

Responsibilities

• Social Media & Digital Design: Create visually engaging graphics for Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms. This includes static posts, carousels, stories, and basic video editing for social media.
• E-Commerce Assets: Design product listing images, banners, and promotional graphics for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the Shopify website. Ensure all visuals are optimized for each platform.
• Campaign & Marketing Collateral: Design assets for campaigns, product launches, and sales events. This includes digital ads, email graphics, and web banners.
• Product & Packaging Design: Design product, packaging, inserts, and unboxing materials that align with Mutu's brand identity.
• Product Visuals: Support the creative team in retouching product photos, creating mockups, and designing product showcases.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work adheres to Mutu's brand guidelines, visual identity, and quality standards.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Art Director, Content Team Lead, and Copywriter to ensure visuals and copy work together seamlessly.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio may be considered.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent typography, layout, and visual design skills across digital and print.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with Canva or CapCut.
• A strong eye for aesthetics, colour, composition, and current design trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, self-starting mindset.
• Strong written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience in e-commerce, consumer goods, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
