Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields; 0–1 years hands-on experience via internships, academic projects, coursework, or training.
• Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields with no prior professional experience.
• Proficiency in hardware description languages (HDLs) like Verilog or VHDL.
• Fundamental understanding of digital design principles, simulation, and verification methodologies.
• Experience with programming/scripting languages such as Python or Shell scripting.
• Familiarity with industry‑standard EDA tools like ModelSim or Synopsys VCS.

Responsibilities

• Develop pre‑silicon functional validation strategies, test plans, and methodologies for advanced SoC/chipset designs.
• Collaborate with architects, micro‑architects, and various design teams on technical readiness and validation approaches.
• Design and execute simulations to verify functionality and performance of integrated IPs in SoC systems.
• Debug complex issues at the IP and SoC levels to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality systems.
• Assist in streamlining verification flows by implementing automation tools and techniques.
• Create and maintain technical documentation such as design specifications and test plans.
• Drive innovation by contributing to the improvement of methodologies and processes for validation efficiency.
