Job summary

Pacific Prime Insurance Brokers Sdn Bhd is offering a Graduate Apprenticeship Program in Malaysia to nurture fresh graduates through rotational roles across broking departments. You will gain hands-on experience, structured learning, mentorship, and cross-functional exposure.

• Work with a departmental mentor who will guide and coach during the rotation.

Job description

This is a Graduate Apprenticeship Program designed to attract and identify high-potential fresh graduates through a competitive selection process. The program provides meaningful exposure to the corporate environment and valuable hands-on learning experiences through rotational assignments across broking departments, structured learning, mentorship, and cross-functional exposure.

Key responsibilities

Rotate across key Broking departments to gain hands-on experience and comprehensive understanding of each department's roles, processes, and operations

Engage in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities including client interaction and relationship management

Support Policy Administration & Claims functions including generating bills, preparing Letters of Guarantee (LOG), processing claims, and responding to client and insurer enquiries

Participate in Account Management activities including client-facing activities, account servicing, and insurance remarketing

Work with assigned departmental mentor who will provide guidance, support, and coaching throughout the rotation

About you

Diploma or Degree qualification in any discipline

Junior-level compensation package throughout the program

Opportunity to undergo professional training and pursue relevant professional certification to qualify as a Certified Broker, subject to applicable Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) regulatory requirements
