You may start as an Account Manager or Bancassurance Manager and will gain hands-on exposure through structured learning and mentorship.

The programme welcomes graduates from Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Finance, Marketing, Law and related fields, with a pathway to build banking
