Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in semiconductor backend (Final Test) is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with ATE systems and testing processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot ATE systems (hardware and software)
• Support production to minimize tester downtime and improve uptime
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment calibration
• Drive yield improvement through data analysis and failure investigation
• Support NPI activities and tester bring-up for new products
• Manage spare parts, upgrades, and equipment lifecycle
