Job summary

Super Micro Computer Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a System Debug Engineer to debug server systems, analyze GPU server logs, and support multiple internal teams for rapid issue resolution.

The ideal candidate has about 5 years of experience in server System debugging, familiarity with Linux, and exposure to Intel ITP tools. You will work with engineering and production teams to drive quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering or related field.
• Around 5 years of relevant experience in server systems and debugging.
• Experience with server hardware platforms and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Linux OS fundamentals and system operation.

Responsibilities

• Debug system-level issues and support internal teams to resolve customer problems.
• Review GPU server logs to identify failure points and support quality improvements.
• Maintain failure logs, SN records, and related documentation for traceability.
• Collaborate with production, RMA, Warehouse, PM, Engineering and other stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Document debugging procedures and technical findings for knowledge sharing.
