Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, international trade, or related field.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in logistics, import/export, customs clearance, or freight forwarding.
• Hands-on experience with Malaysia import/export processes.
• Experience handling electronics, semiconductor, IT hardware or high-value equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of HS codes, COO/Form E, permits and customs declarations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import/export processes for GPUs, ICs, electronic components into Malaysia.
• Coordinate import documentation including invoices, packing list, HS codes, permits.
• Work with customs brokers and forwarders for timely declaration and clearance.
• Resolve customs clearance issues and discrepancies.
• Monitor shipments from pickup to final delivery.
• Coordinate with planning, procurement, warehouse to prioritize urgent deliveries.
• Monitor forwarder performance and compliance with regulations.
